The processing fee for each visa application is INR 2100.
The service fee charged is INR 1300 is applicable.
The applicant would be issued with a receipt listing the visa processing fee and service fee upon each successful payment.
The applicant would be notified by the Authorised Visa Agent on the outcome of the visa application within one (01) working day.
Applicant may be asked to submit any other visa-related information as instructed by the Authority, as required.

Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of arrival; and old passports (if any).
Duly-filled Form 14A+2 photographs (Photo size 3.5cm X 4.5cm, semi mate white background) please indicate name behind photo.
Cover Letter to indicate work designation, travel dates, travelling companions details, who is the sponsor for the trip and purpose of travel.
Latest 3-month salary slips. Unemployed to provide latest 3-month bank statements in lieu of salary slips.
V39A Form if application is supported by a Singaporean company/contact, or Letter of Invitation if application is supported by a Singapore employment pass holder.
Other documents as deemed necessary by the Singapore Consulate-General, Chennai.
